How do I see if items are free for my date?
Open Rentals and choose a pickup and a return date. Every item then shows how many are free on each day. Add what you need and send the request.
Are the prices on the site final?
No. Rental prices are a guide. We check your request and agree the price when we approve it. For a full event, we prepare a quote for you.
Can I rent traditional attire and suits?
Yes. Attire and suits are in the rental catalogue with their sizes. Rent the full suit or a single piece (jacket, trousers, shirt, vest) and choose a size for each; the same item in two sizes is simply two lines of your request.
What does Decorated mean?
Some items, such as chairs and tables, can be rented decorated (for example with covers, sashes, linen or flowers). Where it is offered you choose Decorated or Plain, each with its own guide price.
How do I get a quote for a whole event?
Send an inquiry with your date, venue and the services you need. We call or visit to talk it through, then email you a private quote link.
How do I accept a quote?
Open your private quote link and choose Accept. If a confirmation code is needed, we email it to you. You can also decline, with a reason if you like.
Do I need an account?
No. You can send a rental request or an inquiry as a guest; leave your email and we send the confirmation and a private link there. With an account you see all your quotes and requests in one place.
How long can a rental last, and can I cancel?
A rental can span up to 62 days. While a request is still requested or approved, you can cancel it from its private link.
